We heard about DNA via Corby trader magazine and also flyer through the door. Also saw recommended on Corby community Facebook page
We haven’t previously been let down by trades persons in the past however we are cautious about booking tradespeople in case they are rogue traders so tend to go by recommendations hence choosing DNA.
It was Really easy to book work , quick response to emails and phone calls.
We had a great service, we needed several light switches changing. These were completed as well as advice/ recommendations made due to us not having the correct switches. Our dimmer switch proved to be troublesome but our electrician returned the next day to resolve this without additional change. Felt really happy and comfortable with what was completed. All costings and work was explained in full with no pressure put on us to proceed at all. We already have the team booked in for further work. Thank you
